Incredible biscuits handmade with love and passion in the heart of North Wales
The business was founded by husband and wife James and Natasha Shepherd in 2013. The couple heard about the story of Britain’s oldest biscuit… and decided to bring it back!
Since then, the company has won numerous awards for quality and innovation and their North Wales bakery holds SALSA accreditation.
In 2018 the business strengthened its management team by welcoming James Wasdell as the company expanded into new markets.
